Domestic Shipping (within continental USA) – All items purchased on Juicebox.Direct are eligible for Priority Mail two-to-three-day shipping and Priority Mail Express one-to-two-day shipping. To see shipping rates for your order, simply enter your complete shipping address at checkout. Shipping options and rates will display and can be reviewed before placing your order.

Most items purchased through Juicebox.Direct ship within one business day. Notification of shipment, including tracking number when available, will be delivered to the buyer’s email address upon order shipment.

Juicebox.Direct ships most items via USPS. However, orders may also be shipped with another domestic carrier.

International Shipping (outside continental USA) – There are three shipping options available for international customers. First Class International Shipping takes approximately 10-15 days for delivery. Priority Mail International takes approximately 6-10 days and Priority Mail Express International takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery. To see shipping rates for your order, simply enter your complete shipping address at checkout. Shipping options and rates will display and can be reviewed before placing your order.

Juicebox.Direct ships all international orders via United States Postal Service. Order delivery will be made by a domestic shipping carrier (for example, orders to Paris, France will be delivered by French Post).

Due to customs processing, international orders are often held by local post. Typically, notification is sent to the receiver that an order has been held at a local post office. Customers are responsible for retrieving their orders (check your local post office). Unclaimed shipments returned to Juicebox.Direct are eligible for a product refund but are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost.

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your Juicebox.Direct product, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 60 days of purchase. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time within six months of the original purchase date in exchange for a working unit of the same model.

Juicebox’s guarantee doesn’t cover everyday wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Cancellations

In order to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible, we ship most orders within one business day. Though it is a small window, we do allow cancellations on orders that have not yet been shipped. Please submit cancellation requests, along with buyer’s name and order number, to support@juicebox.direct.

All refunds will be credited to the account that was used for the original purchase (for example, if a VISA card was used for purchase, your refund will be credited to this same VISA card).

Note: Shipment notifications are sometimes delayed by email servers. If you have not yet received a shipment notification via email, it does not necessarily mean your order has not yet been shipped. Even if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation via email, your order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returning or Exchanging Items

You can initiate a return or exchange from Juicebox.Direct by contacting us at support@juicebox.direct. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Juicebox.Direct is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds will be credited to the customer account used for purchase (for example, if a VISA card was used for purchase, your refund will be credited to this same VISA card). Refunds will be distributed once Juicebox.Direct has received and inspected your return item(s).

Replacement merchandise will be shipped only to the original shipping address used for purchase. Replacement merchandise will be shipped to you after we receive and inspect your return items.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

To return or exchange an order by mail:

  • Inform us of your return either through the contact form on Juicebox.Direct or by email at support@juicebox.direct. Don’t forget to let us know your name, address, order number, the items you’re returning and the reason for the return.
  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase (emailed purchase confirmation) in your package. If you have trouble locating your proof of purchase, please contact Juicebox support at support@juicebox.direct.
  • Upon initiation of a product refund or exchange, Juicebox.Direct will provide you with a shipping address for the return.
